It is used to produce negative pressure ventilation pipes with a diameter of 300mm-1000mm and a maximum finished length of about 10M. The finished product can be applied to places such as mines and tunnels that require negative pressure ventilation. The equipment can realize automatic conveying of tape and steel wire, hot air welding, pitch and other functions.

Production parameters such as welding production speed, tape steel conveying speed, and welding temperature can be set through the touch screen.

The main and auxiliary axes are respectively equipped with servo motors to control rotation, and the finished side host can be translated by air, which is convenient for personnel to unload the finished products. High degree of automation, low technical requirements for operators, low work intensity, can significantly improve production efficiency.
